Sorry to hear you are feeling this way. I am kind of that way too today, mine is based on health anxiety issues. Remember, (as I try to tell myself) this too shall pass.
Reaching out and talking about it has definitely helped me. It helps to be around others who can understand what you are going through. I think you are in the right place my friend.
