tension is normal iin all athletes students etc. Athletes learn to channe their nerves and tension into action and practice...u dont sit around and flog urself because u have tension or anxeity or have to sneeze or blink or sweat (another Mhs disorder that isnt....same with coughing, scratching an itch (another mhs disorder) dropping a penscil breking a lead during an exam and dropping dishes while in a restaurnat for waiters and waitress (another mhs disorder..human error...that is solved by bio fedback and teh green pill of stupid over analaysis) ....
all athletes have tension stress anxiety..thats why they work so hard....thats why they work so hard thats thwy they practice wso hard.....said it countless times here and goes right over peoples head no offense......u have tension stress anziety u sweat ...ok better pack it in bedause the mhs system says u cant have anziety...

there are 0 cases of not having anxiety, same with nurses surgeons and so forth
u push throgh it and use it....u all are being sold a huge barrel of garbage.....

need a tutor.....then get one get a hundred we the coaches and professors dont care.....bring a duck to class or a rabbits foot ur lucky penny

(i took my instructors exam in 1978.. a one time one shot four day exam.......i spent 18 months round the clock preparing for it.........think there wasnt pressure or stress........u prepare longer and relentlessly..........NORMAL... .........We have to ride totally unknown horses over unkown courses and face the most challenging questions from senior examiners.....four days....

have stage fright..u work at ti
u stutter... u work at it
ur weak in certain areas....u work at it
ur need to get fitter....u work at it
ur have to teach in front of rthe sneior examiners with totally unknow n student and horses

This is so true. I remember taking my license exam, anxiety through the roof. Then I sat and waited on the mail, Classmates phone calls trickled in as they got their results. Each phone call I got and each time the mailbox had nothing I was more anxious and convinced I didn't pass. Now they get results right away. Gone are the days of " bring 3 number 2 pencils"
Definitely daily anxiety on the job. However when you start to bring too much anxiety home from work that's when there is a problem.
When anxiety effects quality of life we do need to work on it.

nurses accumulative high stress high cortisol levels and systemic affects and chronic high levels of performance and hightened stages of sympathteitx output
takes time to decompress
lower the adrenal fucntions
lower teh symapathertic tone
reduce the high cortisol levels
she is a tea bag immersed in the hot water of high strees all day all week....
why wouldnt she accumulate all the toxins all thre stress all the pain and sufferingt
all the comp;lex decsions and frustrations....
how about someone take care of her
and run her a long soaking bubble bath soft music dinner altread made and a lont lont massage
or have a hosp like john hunt that has those tings to take care of the nurses.....
or make sure they have adquate times to decompress not 18 hour shifts over booke d unstaffed no one llistens they eat once a week and 7 days a week

most of our top horses (and mine) got daily massages ....
top care......why not our caretakers and Nurses??
we do it with our riders (all top riders get massages and and ) and horses?? long wallks witt our competition horses to give them time off stretch and decopress from compettions....

i competed a horse in the Us olympic trials.....after the cross country phase...i walked myhorse all night so he wouldnt stiffen up for the next days jumping phase.....horses dont need that much sleep........next day the coaches wer shocked how fluid and limber he was realtive to the other horses.......
top care......end of statement......u want performance u take d good care of them...
after the competitions......they go home and the next four days of rub downs walking tenddon massages and on and on and on.......
nurses we just let them off their 18 hour shift 99 case loads and dump them into their cars say see u in thirty min.......
gee wonder why they cant sleep......

most track horses have perm tension from the track
last horses i got in....had 9 months in the pastures to decompress before i started them slowly back.....
next six months......just slow walking in the fields....deceompressing and relaxing int ot slow fitness slow start up...some days...just go up on the hill and eat grass.....the days objective.....showing we werent going to push them at all......
