Nam Nurses/Caregivers in General

u dont hire these people and tell them to turn it off like a lamp post....

thats absurd.....

they get punished both ways - humans are biologic not logic (machines)

human nature is human nature.....we not

machines (thats not rational or "logical") (logic is the higher brain functions v the rest of the mind soul emotions and spirit.........logic? with people??? logic?????

sure.....blowing 50k in a day is not exactly adaptive........not what im talking about

so someone greives or is human.......so what??????? called grief and mourning...

NORMAL.........for those who care ......(true stone never cries..my mother...she never cared either.....so proud shes so tough......she also is sherman tank ud never invite over for lunch either......

this nurse grieves.......she cared......

goes with the territory and if we cant support them

then its not fair to hire them and throw them away in the first place......they are nt disposable.......

Interesting perspective. I have been a caregiver for 4 years - now on weekends only for my 90 year old client who has advanced dementia. She lives with her husband who is still in denial at times about this. However, I know not only him but family members and friends of the family and have been invited over for

bisdneirrthday parties 🎉 and received bonuses from them. I don’t know 🤷‍♀️ if her husband understands how challenging my job can be at times. I have learned over the years to enter my client’s “world” and meet her imaginary friends and among other things we listen to all kinds of music including the Scottish ditties she grew

up with.
