When you're feeling so low, how do you make yourself do things you enjoy?

Me too. I try to do something micro. Like just pick up a pencil. There is also self care things. Maybe take a walk and you will find some other idea or inspiration.

I wish I always followed my own advice! Today I did take a walk and then I napped for too long. I’m beginning to wonder if there are thyroid issues. The walk was still good.

How about buying yourself a bunch of flowers with some of your favourite flowers in. I do find fresh flowers can be up lifting . It’s very unlikely I would try and draw /paint them as lack confidence. But they are always lovely to look at in times of need.
