I get like that too. I have been working on a new plan where I try and distance myself from people. Go for a drive, read an inspirational article or do something that brings you joy. The anxiety passes when I focus on something else and make some alone time for self care. I hope it helps you like it has helped me.
What are you anxious about?
Sometimes I find a good outlet is just the thing that’s needed to calm that anxiety. A good yell, cry, or something else is a great way of letting off steam.
Look up “grounding” too. It makes you focus on something else.
