Mental Fog?

Something kind of awful happened to me about a week ago which plunged me into a depressive episode I'm still dealing with. I have the worst mental fog, almost like I've been drugged but I don't do drugs and haven't touched alcohol in years. I am curious if others have had this.

Have you changed your medication or dosage if your taking anything for it . Or have you ever experienced this before during a deep depression ? Could it be something physical going on non related.

I'm trying to function with brain fog without letting it upset me too much. It can be frustrating when I just can't seem to think clearly.

I have only experienced this since I had Covid... it's one of the long covid symptoms..... did you ever test positive?
