I purchased this Cognitive Behavioral Workbook from Amazon and I am so glad I did. I am already familiar with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I have practiced CBT year's ago in the past. I am trying to pick it back up again. This workbook is easy and simple for beginners to help them understand panic attacks. There are worksheets and self assessments that help you identify the specific ways Anxiety/ panic affects you as well as tracking your progress over time. If you or someone you know is practicing CBT this workbook may help guide you through the process easily.
