oh im sorry. Meditation helps me or just putting music to kinda get away from my thoughts. im ok just tired.

that's a great coping skill. I like to listen to podcast too or guided meditation. what else do you like to do ??

Watch series or play computer passes away the time but definitely my happy place whats yours

I would say mine is reading books they take me places far away from my problems. I love watching series too. I'm an artist so I paint and draw a lot mostly involving what am feeling
