House on a windy headland

There is something powerful about this image to me. Perhaps it is the house which has withstood so many storms protecting it's inhabitants.

The dark clouds form in the sky and the wind blows but the house stands.

The picture says a thousand words. I interpret it as the house being grounded just aswe humans can stay grounded in whatever life's storm presents us with.

yes i am moving in there ha ha be lovely curled up on a big comfy sofa with a blazing log fire quite a few nice dogs a big cup of warm chocolate and a good book the wind lashing outside rain pattering against the window panes but comfy inside. put a blanket around me and gradually drift off to sleep
