The magnesium?? Yes,at bedtime. Dosage will be listed on the bottle.

Yes, there are various forms of magnesium but glycinate is the best form of magnesium to take for anxiety. I take it before bedtime along with ashwagandha and phosphatidyl serine to lower cortisol and melatonin for sleep.
