Years ago that in parts of India people would get together let’s say once a month and continually laugh 😆 with each other for a certain period of time. It was supposed to be very therapeutic. I’m here 4 U.

Watching a comedy usually helps me. I am a huge Adam Sandler fan so his movies are my go to like Grown ups, Blended and 5o Firsts Dates are a few of my favorites. If I don't have time for a movie I then try watching some short funny content on Youtube or TikTok. America's Funniest Home Videos was my favorite show growing up so I've always loved a good laugh.
I have a friend who makes me laugh all the time. We used to work together and have the best time. We talk every day and there's always a subject that gets us going. He's a blessing in my world.
