I suffer from bad thoughts and hallucinations for a long time and they affected my life and my relationships with my friends. I cannot tell them what I am going through because they will not understand it and they will not understand the thoughts and actions that I do based on those thoughts, I am very tired and I do not know what to do, sitting alone has increased the issue on me and I can't focus on my study or anything to do.
