I’m new here and I’ve never joined a support group but I have barely any friends and I just want to be able to talk to people who understand what I’m going through. My Depression and anxiety have been high more recently and I haven’t been able to talk to anyone about it

My depression and anxiety have been heightened lately probably due to searching for a new job and the need to decluttering my apartment
