It knocks you out when you first take it like a sedative. Maybe about a week to build up a tolerance to it. But I could still easily over sleep on the stuff.

Some interesting dreams on it.

But can't say it was the med for me.

I'm about to start taking Mirtazapine to help with sleep and pain as I've been banned by the doc from taking anymore "Tramadol". I had a great routine that meant I could sleep well by staggering Solpadol and Tramadol during the day and saving a couple of Tramadol for sleeping but all doctors seem to want everyone to come off them. I've had to up my Solpadol to the max and used my last few Temazapam to help me sleep but the doctor won't prescribe any of them either and I only use them every now and again. I've tried most things am hoping that changing from Duloxetine to Mirtazapine will make the difference. Things like Gabapentin or Pregabalin do nothing for me and make me feel odd and sick.
