How did everyone sleep last night? Its 11 am where I am at haha
I fell asleep at 12:17 am( as per my watch) and I suddenly got up at 2:22 and realised I haven't removed my bluetooth earbuds😅. I have a habit of using Spotify while I sleep. Then after putting them aside I went to sleep and finally woke up at 4:00 and found a beautiful good morning message from a good friend. And started studying for my exams.
I hope your exams go well! I finished my finals yesterday! I watch youtube to fall asleep😆 usually some weird stuff like mystery stories because that was always on in my house when I was trying to fall asleep growing up. Hope the rest of your day is wonderful!

Good luck with your exams . I have often fallen asleep with my earphones in and my phone in my hand lol . I can never forget the time I feel asleep listening to my music and a very heavy rock song came on and I got scared and through my phone across the room . I don't know how I didn't break it 😂

So far my day has been good . I stayed up till 12 playing ARK survival evolved and watching some anime .
My sleep pattern is all over the place some times I sleep a few hours or I'm up and down most of the night and I sleep most of the next day! Like today I couldn't sleep much and went some shopping getting my Christmas tree and lights and fell asleep when I got back! I wish you all well for Christmas take care david 🏴🏴
I had a good sleep . I slept from 9am til 5 . I did wake up at 1.30 but only took me 10mins to get to sleep and feeling refreshed . ( I work nights so that is why I am sleeping in the day )

I went to bed too late last night. I was very tired and planned on going to bed at 7 pm. I started to watch a movie on YouTube and ended up going to bed at 9 pm. I am having trouble being disciplined with my time. I need to turn off the computer earlier at night and not start watching movies close to bedtime. I am sharing this to be accountable.
Slept better last night. But I did have half of a prescribed sleeping pill. Woke at a reasonable time. Why do I avoid them when I know they work? Is it an ego thing or do I just not want to sleep? What is wrong with me?
