I deal with anxiety all the time. Sometimes it's so bad I don't want to leave my bed, but I know I have to the best advice I can give is to try if things go bad back away a little bit and watch a clock and tap your chest this will calm you down and with your social relationships talk to them for real and make them understand I know it's easier said then done but I'm here for you
I could use some of that advice as well 😁.. I can be having a pretty good day, but simple decisions especially now I get anxiety.. What to pack for a short trip or what to wear...
I am with you on that it's like you pulled my exact thoughts.. It's hard when people around say snap out of it or it's no big deal. Or worse, tease.. So you have to try to ignore it while getting yourself together.
Hi, it is unfortunate to learn that you are suffering from anxiety. Anxiety makes living a normal life quite difficult in today's fast-paced and competitive environment and such mental ailments are becoming common nowadays in youngsters but you are lucky that there are a lot of people out there who are ready to help you. One of my cousins had severe social anxiety and he was on the verge of losing his job but then he found a good psychiatrist and followed his advice, he started recovering after two months and was living a normal life after the treatment of 9 months. Here is the link where he consulted the psychiatrist ezcareclinic.com/services/a...
