I have but I'm one of those people that have trouble committing, I try everyday but have trouble focusing any advice that may help?
Try to set it as a day goal , write it down or set reminders for yourself . Do it the same time everyday and join it with another activity for example after you shower ,after dinner or just before bed . And remember to praise yourself when you do it .
