Hi! I’m in the same boat. My anxiety came back full swing this past July. I’ve just joined this community not too long ago. People here are wonderful. I’ve come away with many ideas and I’m trying them all. Trying! A walk outside daily for fresh air, jumping rope here and there to get the heart rate up, drinking ginger ale because I have stress nausea headaches more frequently. Reading techniques to cope. Different breathing exercises. Dr Weekes audio books. So far….Glad you are here. Love to chat.
Hey, yeah sure why not. You can try different coping strategies like, eat well, getting well sleep, Do try to understand your triggers and how to overcome them, exercising daily to help you feel good and maintain your health, Taking deep breaths, trying to connect with others and nature, making some friends and share your stress/ triggers with them ETC. And all of the above try counseling sessions/CBT therapies this is the best treatment to control anxiety.
