Its my birthday tomorrow -so looking forward to that -Going horseriding in the morning as usual & then having a rest during the day & going to my folks for tea.Dad is cooking my favourite -Spag Bol

awwww Thank you. Under normal circumstances I would be going to eat out but since my diagnosisi of interstital lung disease I can no longer eat out as I am very vulnerable to catching covid (although Ive had all 3 vaccinations) (2 vaccs & 1 booster)

I am classed as vulnerable

I'm so sorry to hear about your diagnosis Dad's spag bol sounds great and time with your family is a lovely way to spend your birthday. I still haven't seen any of mine since covid started last year🙄

Not anymore. Just that I live quite a long distance from family and as I don't drive it's a pain to visit. And my brother isn't the best at keeping in touch 🙄Still it doesn't bother me too much. I've got my hubby and my friends .Have a good day tomorrow xx

Near Sheffield originally but been in Hertfordshire for over 40 yrs. All the family on both sides are scattered around the country, mine mostly in Yorkshire.

oh right well defo theres no lockdown then I ve been to sheffield -when I was a kid when dad dragged me along to watch snooker at the cruicible in the 70s

I did not know about your lung disease. I may have mis spoke. I didn't intend to sound flippant in my first text. I think I have found my foot. Here it is in my mouth. The horseback riding sounds like a joy. I always found it exciting. I do wish you well.

Happy birthday! 🎁🎈. I’m probably a bit on the late side since I live in the USA. You birthday sounds wonderful to me and completely different than mine was just a few days ago. However I did have “Tea” with friends here. Where I Iive there are restaurants we can go to that do proper English Teas. It’s fun and a little different. The one I went to is owned by a woman from England. Anyway I hope you had a wonderful day!

Spag Bol is short fore the italian dish Spaghetti Bolognese its made with beef mince tomato sauce, garlic basil tomato puree & spaghetti Its lovely
