Diarrhea with Duloxetine

I have been on Duloxetine HCL DR 60mg twice a day, for several years. It has helped with my depression and anxiety as well as pain from my fibromyalgia. However, I have started to have diarrhea ( sometimes uncontrollable). Has anyone else had this experience?

Hi, I started on duloxetine in May, but a very low dose 20mg for a few weeks then up to 30mg, did you go straight onto 60mg twice a day, that a big dose to start off with , if you’ve been on them for several years it maybe not be them, is it some other medication or something you’ve eaten, I’d have a chat with your Doctor, he may lower your dose or try something else. They helped me to with my anxiety but not the fibro pain.
