i took down all my posts and replies to other members.i hope i might have helped even just 1 of you guys in this site........im just cleaning up the stuff thats been hangin out here for a week...i dont know why im doing this or why,,,i just did it.i hope everyone is having the best day they can in this thing we call life.....

i have made a few comments this afternoon but i tried to find every post i did in the last week as i am new to this site/i just feel that a comment or post is only read or helpful for about a week and then folks move on to new thoughts and posts and something newer

I tried it for anxiety. It did not help me. It did not cause any side effects, though. I hope it helps you. Sorry, I put this in the wrong place. It was meant for someone else, but not sure who. Sorry again.
