During this time of year i suffer majorly with Seasonal Affective Disorder and it lays me low for months,to the point of almost shutting myself away till Spring.
I am now taking part in a study by Kings College London for anxiety and depression,and this is the largest of its type ever.
They send you a saliva kit ...a transparent safety bag....& a blue return bag.
This is completely anonymous and if it helps all of us who suffer with depression its a good and welcome thing.
But i had no idea that our saliva contains our DNA.
