I think I have pvc’s ?!

Been on a spiral for the past month because all of a sudden I began to get these irregular heartbeats. It started off when I was running in September and ever since then I have gotten them at least 3 times everyday. I’m in avid runner 20 yes old and have been healthy all my life. I don’t know if it’s my anxiety or something else

Go to your Doctor and let them do an EKG. When they are done let them tell you this is anxiety and possibly a panic attack beginning. I waited years to do this and allowed it to steal too much from me. You can try meds, therapy, coping skills or all of the above, but you will be back in control. Good Luck!!
