Swollen lymph node

I went to the hospital about 10 days ago and had a swollen lymph node i think i might have cancer they checked it but didnt say anything was wrong it feels hard , non movable no pain but no symptoms or fever is this cancerrrr?????? Like i feel like they didnt check good enough its like the size of a bean right behind my ear bro i cant sleep and its stressful

Lymph nodes can swell for a number of reasons, mine swell when my allergies are flaring really badly. Definitely get it checked out further if you're concerned about it, but try not to think of worst case-scenario right away!
