Cheated in exam and caught....

I wasn't able to study even a sentence. I've became miserable. Afraid of failing exam, I took answer notes into exam hall and got caught instantly. It was already pretty hard and I made it worse now. I was loosing my mind because I couldn't focus on my studies and I've been failing exams. I'm shattered

Of course you are shattered, Dreamer468. I am not sure what to say to you, other than you made a decision based on your mental health and emotions in the moment. You are not the first, nor will you be the last person to have something like this happen to them. We all make choices that we end up regretting, we are human, we are allowed to make errors in judgement. Not one of us is perfect, that is an impossible goal.
