Ugghhh… Migraines are the worse!! That is depressing! Hoping you feel some relief soon!! I don’t have them often but when I do I make my bedroom ice cold and get under covers with all the blinds shut and lights out. I lock the door too because it seems any stimulation continues the cycle. Hoping you’re on the mend soon!!
