What is the expected waiting time for an application from a dating agency for learning disabilities?

I'm getting frustrated with waiting for the application form to be posted, but it can't be posted until I get a reference, so I have to wait another week. I'm still waiting. Is it not possible for them to make it easier for people who have learning disabilities while making it harder for people with more mainstream people There's a reason why it always takes a long time to resolve anything. Nothing changes. Also, the learning disabilities are no longer using sunflower layer because it is being abused
