Hello I am going through a bad time with depression I am fine one minute then the next time I am not I think it is somethings that it sets it off.

I'm sorry you are having a difficult time with depression currently. I understand when you speak about it affecting you in waves of intensity. It's affected me in a similar way for many years as well. One action that has helped me over the years is prayer.
