I’m very curious how do people cope with anxiety while working for example in a warehouse where your outside of your comfort zone. I’ve left 2 jobs because of it. At this right moment I’m waiting for ASD diagnosis but I was wondering what can I do to stop feeling anxious and scared and feel positive and look forward to the future. Please give me advice of how to overcome these things because I do not want to be stuck at home all my life I want to get out there in life and live my life but my anxiety and depression is stopping me. It’s like I can’t trust myself and I’m in constant fear.

I haven't been able to overcome my anxiety, or depression; so I have no advice in that area. as far as wanting to get out of the house, make that your goal. Make that your drive. That's the thing that will, in the moment, trump your depression and anxiety. In my case I obsess over the dream that one day I'll have a family. You need to have a realistically attainable goal, and let that drive you forwards. Best of luck.
I try to distract my mind from the hing that's making me anxious & it rarely works I find & so I learn something years ago .
It's not to dwell on what ifs or maybes & by that I mean things that I have no control over, I let them go & concentrate on the things that I can control & make those changes . HOWEVER I can still have bouts of anxiety as I'm having now cuz I'm hoping that this is making sense to U but I know it will soon pass as I know I've told U what works for me in the hope it either works for U or gives U an idea of what will help U moving forward & as I finish this my anxiety is subsiding.
