Feel good movies

Hello everyone on here. Hope everyone had a good weekend. Just wanted to share with everyone how certain movies we watch can trigger the happy feelings, so to speak. I have OCD, and severe depression, and I find at times that if I watch a movie that helps me feel good it can definitely help. Their are certain movies that we have watched long ago, or not too long ago that bring back good memories. For me, their are movies that definitely bring out that feeling of happiness, or comfort that we all need. I will watch certain movies over and over again, cause they’re so fulfilling and enjoyable. I find that certain dramas, documentaries, comedies, or action movies help me release some of those good endorphins. Even if a certain movie can ease our over thinking minds for the duration of the movie, it’s a small step in the right direction. Hope everyone finds this a little helpful. Thank you. Stay strong. SAMSON

I'm folding laundry and making dinner while enjoying Goonies for the umpteenth time in my life. Lol I know it so well I set "goals" a basket folded by the time this happens and dinner will be done by the time this happens. Real challenge 😂😂

It's a nostalgia from the 80's a time when life was simpler and every kid had a fantasy.

Yes last weekend was breakfast club motivation😂😂 These new movies have to rely on sex and drugs and I love my older movies when it was about real stuff.

John Travolta has a few feel good movies. Michael(about an angel), and Love Song for Bobby Long(not really a romance, but definitely about love). No tears shed for either movie and I cry at horror movies. 🥴

I'm not a big animation fan but Inside Out is such an upper and really puts your feelings and emotions in perspective. Love it.

Hi all. For me, The Americanization of Emily is completely absorbing. I respond to good writing, and Paddy Chayefsky is one of the best.
