I got up today and had Telehealth therapy that made me feel worse then took a depression nap. I woke up and tried to work on something for school and had a really scary anxiety attack. I used the suicide hotline and she helped me breath and stop crying. Then I slept another 4 hours but I had things I needed to do today. I know I’m not a bum but it feels like it on these days.

I moved my therapy to the last appointment of the day when the slot became available. It used to be morning. I would take a therapy nap afterwards quite often and usually the day was shot. Now that appointments are late afternoon I'm less hard in myself for crashing. Hope things ease up for you.
