Advice please

I am after some advice. 2 years ago this month I switch from paroxetine to sertraline after being on paroxetine for over 20 years. I have been on 125 sertraline since February last year and still waiting to level. A few months ago I went back to my doctors and he suggested going up to 150 which I have not done yet. 3 weeks ago I had a terrible blip for two weeks where I felt right back to the start again. I saw a different doctor who was only concerned with headaches I have had for months saying that what is causing my hot flushes stomach pains which bring on my anxiety and panic so he decided I should go on propranolol which agiain I have not taken yet. Straight after having the two eeek blip I had two brilliant days and since then I have had goods days and part good days but the hot flushes headaches and stomach pains are getting me down Do I up sertraline or try propranolol I just want to level

I’ve been taking Sertrine for about 25 years, maximum dosage of 50 mg per day. I come from a bipolar mum and a sister with depression like me. I am not a a doctor but your 125 mg Sertraline seems high. Doctors in India make their most chronic cases take 100 mg max. Too much may also be a bad idea. Stick with Sertralin and ask if your doc if you can lower the dosage. But take it everyday as a ritual. I have missed daily doses and have seen my erratic behaviour when I miss two doses a week. Maybe just psychological but I think you have to keep the set dosage and take it everyday, My two penny bit of a suggestion
