I’ve been on lamotragine a few years now and it’s a fantastic drug, truly changed my life. I wasn’t able to follow my dreams or even exist in the world properly before taking it. Now i own my own business and do what I love for a living!
However, My doctor is increasing my dosage from 150 to 200 mgs bc I’ve had worsening anxiety/depression lately. My spouse is also dealing with new meds for worsening bipolar, so I’m sure that’s not helping. I’m hopeful that the increase will be good, but my anxiety always causes me to panic about new changes. What dosage do most of you take? I’m worried 200 is going to be too high. Thanks! I’m so happy to have found this forum.

Hi it’s Shnookie. I currently take 200 MGOf the generic lamictal daily. But I take a cocktail of meds. The 200 MG works 4 me.
I also have ADHD issues which have been exacerbated over the last 2 years to add to the mix. The tile lamictal comes in tablet form, so U can alway use a scissor to cut up the tablets. I’m here 4 U S
Unfortunately, it doesn’t help with my ADHD. I’m almost 63 and have had ADHD basically my whole life. In the old school report cards of the ‘60s My teachers checked no when it came to following directions. The only reason that I received A and B was because I developed a very good memory. Have U been diagnosed with ADHD as well ? It’s common for anxiety/depression to go along with ADHD. I’m here 4 U
