You may want to start an introduction thread. Talk a bit about yourself, what you're going through currently and so on so the community has a reference point. Doesn't need to be detailed unless you want it to be.
Writing about stuff helps me. You can also lock your posts so only the community can see them. I think there are some guides in the pinned posts to the right.
I'm currently going through this, what helped me was talking to my therapist, she empathized with me and gave me great tips on breathing exercises. Also, talking to my pastor, she guided me in prayer and gave me bible versus to read. Reading the bible has helped me. I am starting the book of Hope. I hope you are finding this community helpful. You are a great human being and things will get better one step at a time.
