Will never come off my meds again!

Lesson learned-i didn't have a psychiatrist and had a limited supply of my psych meds and also have side effects from one. Well, I just stopped taking them because I was hopeless finding a doctor with my insurance and learned my lesson the hard way. One makes me sleep eat and hungry all day and night and caused significant weight gain. I have had eating disorders and the weight gain disturbed me so bad I stopped the Zyprexa. I didn't think it was really working.

Well, I now have a great psychiatrist and back on my meds and am feeling great and a stable mood. I will accept the weight gain because my mental health is more important.

I almost destroyed my relationship with my boyfriend as my rage and ptsd was at their peak. I almost lost everything being off my meds.

Long story short, I'm back out of the darkness and will continue my regimen and enjoy life.

Good for you , there is nothing wrong with being on meds if they work for you. I've tried it with and without and naturally and have found that meds help me be the best me.

“…meds help me be the best me.” YES. 🙌🏻

I'm happy you are getting the right steps to getting better with a new psychiatrist. Hopefully you'll be able to control your anxiety now.

So sorry 😐 U had to go off your meds. However so happy 😀 4 U and found the right psychiatrist. For many of us, meds R the right answer to live a productive life with some joy in it. I ice went off my meds because of insurance issues and was so sick 😷 that I needed to take temporary disability from my job. But now fortunately And that was a zillion lifetimes ago, I’m on my meds and feeling much better. Have a great weekend. Hugs 🤗 Shnookie
