Yes, I think it might be the Covid effect, where our routines have been disrupted for so long. that we no longer track the days in the way we used to.
I know it is true for me.
I have depersonalization and derealization, it used to be much worse but antidepressants helped them become manageable. However I still easily lose track of the present moment and find myself feeling like I'm deep inside of an empty shell. It's very depressing at times. I believe mine developed over time and found the surface during and after a panic attack a few months ago. I haven't been the same ever since. It does get better though. Humor and routines are my best friends now.
