Detox from cannabis is rough

I'm trying to quit cannabis because while it helps in the short term, in the long run it makes anxiety worse.

Quiting causes me severe anxiety and insomnia. Any advice would be greatly appreciated especially if you've been through this before.

It's very hard to keep away now that it's legal it's everywhere!
