I don’t know about number 4 . It would raise anxiety higher . or is it like desensitization ?
I'll be honest I read through them & they make logical sense & so I thought share it & hopefully it helps others & if I may suggest don't be afraid to change things to suit you. Yoga , meditation, breathing into a paperback or smoking ..... it all controls ur breathing & that is the basic in different ways so please change things to work for U. I've sent this link to we know who & I hope it's gives her the self power to try & beat it .

Run towards the thing that is giving me anxiety.

I'm having trouble with A cause I don't like feeling uncomfortable. I do anything to avoid it.
I read through this information and it seemed excellent to me. Very similar to what I did to recover from anxiety and panic attacks.
