Best med for anxiety etc

Do u guys think natural remedies or organic pills are better than the prescriptions? I'm trying to find a safe way to combat these issues without the crazy side effects. I don't want to gain weight nor feel like a zombie, etc

I don't have anxiety , have bipolar For that I do need to be on the Lithium. Am only on Lithium alone and not a very high dose. Only had 2 really major episodes, over 20 years apart, situational caused by bereavment. In between, was on an antipsychotic.

When on the higher doses did gain some weight.When it was tapered down to a minute dose, it was grand.

Overall though l did not like the side effects of one or two drugs tried. Sone can make you feel a whole lot worse.

If l were you l would definitely try out organic and natural remedies first.

Well big pharma make all their pharmaceutical drugs from natural stuff

I recommend a good book "The anti-anxiety food solution" by Trudy Scott, you can get it on Amazon. It's about dietary changes you can make to decrease anxiety and also natural supplements for anxiety and mood.

Hi, I don't know anything about the med u are on. I've been prescribed several but never took them much due to the side effects. I just want to feel ok again without meds ;((
