Hello everyone on here. Hope everyone had a great Wednesday. I’m writing this post cause I’m trying to connect with friends, or rather branch out and connect with new friends. I suffer with depression and OCD, and I find that socializing helps a great deal. I would appreciate any tips that may help. Thank you. SAMSON

Be kind and compassionate to yourself and surround yourself with people that provide unconditional support. Give to others in return. Find a therapist or other professional help. Replace negative thoughts with more realistic and positive thoughts. I write down the negative thought and the positive replacement. Somehow writing it down helps more. You might find you think more negatively than you realize. How and what we think impacts how we feel. Hope that helps.
