Need advice?

today was a not so good day. im new to this so im hoping i can get some good feedback or something like that. i honestly dont know what to do. my boyfriends parents dont like me and they talk badly about me all the time and it really affects my mental health but he is a such a good guy and i dont want to leave him but his parents slut shame me and talk horrible about me and they barely know me and i didnt even do anything to them. what do you guys think?

yes, typically i am on the phone with him and over hear his parents say this and his sister is literally tearing apart our relationship. my boyfriend gets frustrated when his parents say things bad about me and idk what else to do. i dont want to leave him because hes super sweet and nice and treats me how i should be treated

yes he lives with them and he is only 16 so he still has 2 years with them.
