Yes I do. It’s always all of those things when I’m either anxious or depressed. Exercise seems to help. That is what I’ve found anyway
All the time
I have extreme brain fog when I am experiencing symptoms of depression and anxiety. Oftentimes my brain is just blank. I can't think of what to do next. In those times it helps me to make daily schedules. And sometimes I just have to accept that I am only going to get done what absolutely needs to be done. I hate it but when I acknowledge it and accept it, my anxiety decreases. (There are times when I can't seem to accept it. I'm working on reminding myself of it when I am actively experiencing anxiety and depression) . You're not alone!💚
