What symptoms do you have and why did you get a test ?I tested negative yet I know I have long covid or mild covid since beginning of February it went away at the end of April but comes back

Sounds like it could be covid - how long have you had the symptoms ?

Beginning of February I had what I thought was stomach flu but I realise now it's covid as my daughter had covid at uni last year half of the students in the flat she shared on campus had it , my daughter had it mild , it effects my eyes a bit but the weirdest thing is when it comes back everyone in your household will get it at the same time, when I first got it my husband also had upset stomach very very slightly and when it came back on me it came back at exactly the same time with my husband and now our daughter is home from uni she is the same , I noticed this a few weeks ago but it was a post here on HU that pointed this strange phenomenon out - how can a virus have synchronised relapses in people it's totally weird

Yoghurt really helps you fight it I suggest you buy some - make sure it is live yoghurt

Must be difficult trying not to pass it onto your girlfriend , hope you are feeling better , at least you don't have to worry about catching covid now

This is a very weird bug for sure....it's like a computer worm virus...it just keeps going around and around, re-inflaming one thing or another. Head, stomach, muscles, sinus, eyes, ears...and even a new one called Covid Mouth....another long covider symptom.

Our dog Charlie - a Cocker spaniel blue roan - also had an upset stomach today

you never know with this bug, it is called corona to define it as a 'cross-species' virus, it jumps from animal to person...and who knows if it doesn't infect our pets..nobody knows enough about this thing really.

Yes....I had it....and it felt like I was run over by a truck and then it backed up over me to finish the job....now I have been living with the after math called 'Long Covid'. About 10% who had the initial case of Covid are left with this. I have finally been able to get the first mRNA vaccine shot...because I had severe allergies it wasn't easy...so far I'm still having symptoms but it seems to be getting better...I do feel better mostly. I would say for me, the mRNA vaccine was the right choice…and forget about all the B.S… CNN just posted the third phase testing results and it’s confirmed that it’s 90% effective even towards the new variants it retains a higher effectiveness. If you don’t get sick and are just a carrier…I’d still get vaccinated, you never know what’s going to happen with this thing.

I had Covid. I felt like I had allergies. I would have gone to work if my husband hadn’t tested positive.

My husband felt like he had a mild case of the flu.

My kids never missed a beat.

you would think by having a mild case of covid that your free and clear of this thing...but 10% of mild to mid severity cases come down with the 'Long Covid' syndrome...it's no joke. So get a lot of rest and fluids...it's not just a common cold thing that comes and goes for everyone.
