My brother got COVID, and currently feel like I'm dying 🤢. Last night I had beyond the worst headache of my life! And nothing helped. I basically had to suffer it out,I was miserable 😖. I managed to fall asleep, woke up qndnitnwas still throbbing. I've been asleep most of today. And now I feel ok. No fever or cough for me. But when I tried eating this morning, I bout passed out. Had to go back to bed. I finally managed eating and doing alright at the moment. COVID is no joke 🤕

I hope you and your family recover from this soon! Please seek medical attention if symptoms become urgent. I hope you'll all be on the mend soon. Rest up and stay hydrated.
Thank you. I will!
ashley dear, may you and your family recover soon. Wishing all of you well xx
Yes, it is pretty intense but you will get through it. I found taking lots of vitamin c helped and just trying to relax and let my body heal helped and trust that you will be ok. It was also kind of a wild ride in that i would feel better for a while and then feel like crap and then feel better, etc... so just be prepared that it can take some time but after a couple weeks I was fine.
Thanks for your experience. What all symptoms did you have
I started with having what seemed like stomach flu and digestion upset, then head draining and some sinus congestion/headache, sore throat, feeling tired and achey. I slept with my back at an incline. I had a mild temperature but not extreme. I would feel better one day and crappy the next and this went off and on for a few weeks. I took tons of vitamin C, even found a powdered version of it and drank lots of herbal tea and ate mostly soups and broths. I was fortunate that my wife and I had it at the same time so we didn't have to quarantine from each other. Also fortunate that it never got into our chests. We both have been vaccinated with all of the update shots which i'm sure helped.
prayers up to you and your family. Speedy recovery to all of you.
Hope you recover completely very soon. I caught Covid in hospital while in for something else Dec 2020 and it was mild despite having a Lung condition but it led to Long Covid & over 2yrs later still no proper sense of smell or taste. Bad brain fog extreme fatigue & pain is just a few of the symptoms. Can be so hard on you mentally but have to keep going . Wouldn't wish this on anyone
Ashley, I hope you start feeling better as each day goes by. I agree with what others have said here- rest, relax, hydrate, and sleep.
