I listen to music for hours at a time every single day and it helps to regulate my mood and often puts things into perspective. This is one of my favourite, most meditative tracks that I would be glad to share with you all. It's basically 3 simple chords, but I hope it resonates with some of you like it does with me. ❤️✌️

There is no possible way I could agree with you more emphatically. Is there a name for this type of meditative music? I dont know if like you classical music but this piece by 20th centuary American composer Samual Barber is like a key that unlocks everything I'm currently holding in.
I think it’s just referred to as ‘ambient’. A lot of electronic composers I listen to often produce fantastic ambient pieces so I have hours worth I could share just like this, if this gets enough likes! I do like the odd bit of classical, but the choir sounds a little too ethereal and ominous for me haha. I’m glad it works for you though! ✌️
I also love electronic music, so thanks for introducing me to a new type. I dont know if your familiar with synthwave but I generally find it relaxing too.
I prefer a good comedy film or an exciting murder mystery on audible. To each their own as the most important thing is the positive impact it has on us & helps us regulate. Thank you for sharing & have a positive filles day everyday
I love all kinds of music!!! However I am from Michigan, USA so American pop and rock and some country are what Iove. My mom likes classical music because it's calming, she can play the piano really well. I can play the piano as well as an acoustic guitar, but she can read music way better than me!!!!
Besides this band called The Goo Goo Dolls- who are really comprised of 2 guys who are best friends, I also like Sting, Billy Joel, Madonna, and Aretha Franklin!!!!
