Saw my Psychiatrist today

Saw my Psychiatrist today and he always puts me at ease. I love that man. He saved my life as a teen. He told me I should be assertive with my PCP about getting that referral and if he don't want to give it to me then find a new doctor. And I told him I don't want to be on the CeleXa anymore. That's something my PCP prescribed me cause I was depressed about my anxiety being such a heavy burden to deal with as a result of levothyroxine. I think it was causing me to have a low heart beat. My psychiatrist reassured me that it was find to stop taking it. Wish I could see my psychiatrist as my PCP but my insurance won't allow it 😢. So I'm preparing for battle come June 14. If my PCP won't give me an explanation on why I can't get a referral or address these damn chest pains I been dealing with for 2 months. I'm gone.
