I like putting on classical music.
Yeah listening to music is a great idea especially when you sing along.It distract you off anxious thoughts and uplift the spirit
Breathing....Taking a deep breath in allowing your belly to rise and then
blowing up slow deep exhales. It is breathing out that will relax you.
It is breathing out that will reduce the Adrenaline.
If practiced daily thru Breathing Meditation, there will be no situation in
driving that you can't handle. Whether being stuck at a stop light or a
train crossing, breathing will get you through. xx
