Is it time to try another antidepressant?

I have been on Zoloft 100-125mg for about 3+ months now. I really haven't felt any improvement in my anxiety and depression. Should I look into trying another antidepressant or ask my doctor about increasing my dose?

You should definitely tell you doctor it isn't working. He or she will increase the dose or try something else. St. John's Wort helps me now. It depends on how severe the depression is. When mine was at its worst, I was on the maximum dose of Zoloft.
