Low heart rate

Does anyone deal with low heart rate when sitting , then getting up goes to 70-80 ??

I wouldn’t consider the change “dealing with it”. If it didn’t happen, you could pass out. Your heart is doing it’s job to deal with the new demand you put on your system. Good to see you again....❤️🏄‍♀️

I get this sometimes. I've been told it's because of my medications...not sure which one. Just remember to get up slowly and k let yourself adjust for a minute before doing anything.
