My feeling differs but the body can take on many feelings from anxiety. I feel like bugs are crawling on me and itchy. Mine is also at night when I lay down. Sorry it's not the same to identify.
Anxiety is a strange creature that will appear in countless ways. I can remember a number of times where I felt flushed or chills in regards to dealing with anxiety/panic.
I used to get hung up on all the symptoms anxiety would present to me (okay, I still do). I think it would be helpful for you to read up on anxiety for the sake of understanding it, so long as you don't end up worrying overly much about what MIGHT happen (anticipatory anxiety has been a slippery slope into panic attacks far too many times for me).
Where I used to freak out over odd things, I've found it really helpful to try to rationalize things. "My pupils are huge, I feel like I can't catch my breath, I'm cold"... I've worried far too much over these things with exacerbated my fears. When I took the time to consider that these were all part of a hijacked fight or flight response, over time I was better able to cope with them.
